By requesting an inspection, you authorize our team to access your property and roof.
Homeowner Responsibility: Please ensure that pets are secured and any fragile items near the work area are protected.
Safety: For safety reasons, clients and bystanders must remain at a safe distance from ladders and equipment during the inspection process.
3. Accuracy of Information
While we strive for “detective-level” accuracy, our reports are professional opinions based on industry standards. We are not liable for pre-existing structural issues or leaks that occur in areas not covered by our specific scope of work.
4. Payments and Estimates
Quotes: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating material costs.
Payments: Terms for deposits and final payments will be outlined in your specific project contract. Late payments may be subject to interest fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including the “The Roof Detective, LLC” logo, inspection report formats, and photography—is the property of The Roof Detective, LLC and may not be used without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Roof Detective, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
